Leadership

  • Tomas Ericsson

    CEO

    Tomas brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the music industry, holding key leadership roles at STIM and Kobalt Music Group. At STIM, he served as CFO, EVP of Media Markets, and Deputy CEO, playing a pivotal role in strategic initiatives like the ICE joint venture with PRS. Transitioning to Kobalt, he excelled as President, Society Relations, strengthening industry relationships and advancing music rights management. His diverse background also includes leadership roles at Universal Pictures, Dell Computers, and Skandia America, enhancing his expertise in financial management and strategic decision-making.

  • Robin Davies

    COO

    Robin manages all operational elements of the amra business, alongside supporting licensing and commercial activities. In 2022, he held a leading role in the sale of amra to Francisco Partners and has overseen annual collections increasing to over $150m since he joined in 2019. Davies is part of the Group executive team responsible for achieving key objectives such as end to end cloud processing, increasing global licensing coverage and supporting songwriter causes through industry Board positions.

  • Honey Onile-Ere

    Head of Legal & Global Digital Licensing

    With over 13 years in the music industry, Honey has worked in legal teams for major players like Virgin Records and EMI. Before joining amra she spent 5 years each as Head of Legal & Business Affairs at Warner/Chappell Music Publishing and then BMG Rights Management.

  • Jack Simmons

    VP - Head of Digital Operations

    Jack is a tech expert with extensive experience advising governments and private sector firms on innovation and digital adoption. Before joining amra, he worked at Kobalt Music Group, focusing on strategy, operational improvements, and corporate development.
